ZebraDesigner is Windows only. Essentials 3 and Professional 3 don't run on macOS or in a browser. If you're on a Mac, a Chromebook, or you just don't want a Windows install, open the free label maker. Design the label. Print to a Zebra. Load Excel or Google Sheets. Any modern browser.

How to make Zebra labels without Windows-only ZebraDesigner

IT sometimes says “install ZebraDesigner 3.” That's a Windows program. The packing laptop might be a Mac. The home computer might be a Mac. You shouldn't need a virtual machine to print a 4x6.

ZebraDesigner Windows only vs a browser on any computer

When you're ready to print or save

If a Zebra is plugged in, print from the browser. Set 203, 300, or 600 DPI to match the printer. On a regular printer, choose Print from this computer.
