Zebra printer keeps pausing

A Zebra printer keeps pausing after every label when it is in peel or liner-takeup mode, or someone tapped Pause. Take it out of peel if you are tearing, press Pause to resume, then send one job from the free label maker.

Good to know: A failing take-up motor in peel mode will pause forever. That is hardware, not the designer.

How to fix a Zebra that keeps pausing

Look at the printer. Press Pause to resume if the light is on.
Turn off peel or liner-takeup if you are tearing labels by hand.

Print one test label. Do not queue 40 jobs while it is still paused.

Browser Print says printer paused

The app can show "Printer paused." Clear the printer, then send again. Do not queue a stack while it is paused.
