Zebra printer works in Safari Private, not regular

If the Zebra printer shows in a Private Safari window but not in a regular one, Zebra Browser Print is already running. That is a small program from Zebra on this computer. Private Safari said those local pages were okay. Regular Safari did not hear that. You have to say okay in this window too.

How to fix Safari Private vs regular for a Zebra printer

1. Open the app in regular Safari, not Private. Keep Zebra Browser Print open in the menu bar.
2. Safari → Settings → Privacy → Manage Website Data. Remove 127.0.0.1 and localhost only.
3. Open https://127.0.0.1:9101/ssl_support and https://localhost:9101/ssl_support. Click Show Details, then visit this website.
4. Come back to the app, pick Zebra Printer, and reload the app if the name is still missing.

Why Private Safari can see the printer

A Private window starts clean. You clicked through the warning there, so the list filled. A regular window can still remember an old block for 127.0.0.1. Clearing that, then clicking through the warning here, is what actually fixed it.

Does Safari Private share Zebra Browser Print with a regular window?

No. Say okay to those two local pages in the window you will print from. Private and regular do not share that.

When the printer name is in the list, print one label. Do not send a whole stack until that test looks right.
