Good to know: Use the asset ID your checkout sheet already uses. A second number on the tool causes missing-gear fights.
How to print rental equipment barcodes from Excel
- Headers: asset, name, bay.
- Open https://app.mylabelmaker.com. No signup. Set 2x1 or 3x2.
- CODE128 with {{asset}}. {{name}} large. {{bay}} small.
- Upload the Excel file. Tag two tools. Scan. Then the weekend stack.

First row is the header. Those header words go inside the curly braces on the label, like {{asset}}.
