If the links live in Excel, do not make QR files one by one. Design one label in the free label maker, set the QR to {{url}}, upload the sheet, and print.

Good to know: Keep the full URL in one cell. Line breaks inside the cell will break the scan.

How to print QR labels from Excel

  1. Headers: name, url.
  2. Open https://app.mylabelmaker.com. No signup. Set the sticker size.
  3. QR uses {{url}}. Text uses {{name}}.
  4. Upload the Excel file. Scan row 1. Then print the stack.
