Print QR labels from Excel
Do this in the free app: app.mylabelmaker.com. No signup. Design the label, then print on a Zebra or download PNG / PDF / ZPL.
If the links live in Excel, do not make QR files one by one. Design one label in the free label maker. Set the QR to {{url}}. Upload the sheet. Print.
Good to know: Keep the full URL in one cell. Line breaks inside the cell will break the scan.
How to print QR labels from a sheet
- Headers: name, url.
- Open the free label maker. Set the sticker size.
- QR uses {{url}}. Text uses {{name}}.
- Upload the Excel file. Scan two rows. Print.

First row is the header. Those header words go inside the curly braces on the label, like {{name}}.

Print or save
Zebra thermal: print from the browser with Browser Print at the printer’s DPI. Everyone else: download PNG, JPEG, SVG, PDF, or ZPL. JSON keeps the editable master.
