You can print labels on a regular printer. Design in the free label maker, pick This computer on the printer pill, and use the system dialog. The label sits on a letter page with a top gap so it is not on the paper edge. Or download PDF or JPG and print that file.
Good to know: This computer print does not auto-advance serial Start. Zebra Browser Print is the one-click thermal path. Brother and Dymo native drivers are not included.
How to print without a thermal printer
- Open the free label maker and set the sticker size.
- Design the label.
- Choose This computer on the printer pill, then Print.
- Or Options, Download PDF or JPG, print at actual size.

JPG is a picture for email and listings. PDF is one page at the label size. This computer opens the system print dialog on a letter sheet.
