You can print labels on a regular printer. Design in the free label maker, pick This computer on the printer pill, and use the system dialog. The label sits on a letter page with a top gap so it is not on the paper edge. Or download PDF or JPG and print that file.

Good to know: This computer print does not auto-advance serial Start. Zebra Browser Print is the one-click thermal path. Brother and Dymo native drivers are not included.

How to print without a thermal printer

  1. Open the free label maker and set the sticker size.
  2. Design the label.
  3. Choose This computer on the printer pill, then Print.
  4. Or Options, Download PDF or JPG, print at actual size.

JPG vs PDF vs This computer

JPG is a picture for email and listings. PDF is one page at the label size. This computer opens the system print dialog on a letter sheet.
