Print labels from Excel on a thermal printer

Excel is the list. The thermal printer is the output. Design one label in the free label maker, upload the sheet, print on a Zebra. Other thermals (DYMO, Brother, Rollo): download PDF at the label size.
Good to know: One-click Browser Print is for Zebra. DYMO, Brother, Rollo, and Munbyn: download PDF or PNG and print from that printer’s software. We do not ship those drivers.
How to print an Excel list on thermal stock
- One row per label. Headers in row 1.
- Open the free label maker. Set the roll size (4x6, 2x1, 3x2).
- Place {{column}} tokens. Upload the Excel file.
- Zebra: print. Other thermal: Options, Download PDF, actual size.
Why not print straight from Excel?
Excel does not know 4x6 gap stock or native barcodes. Mail merge in Word fights thermal rolls. This browser step is the layout. Related: many labels from Excel · Excel to Zebra.
Print or save
Zebra thermal: print from the browser with Browser Print at the printer’s DPI. Everyone else: download PNG, JPEG, SVG, PDF, or ZPL. JSON keeps the editable master.
