QuickBooks is not a label designer. Export Items to Excel or CSV, keep SKU, name, and on-hand if you want it, then print onto 2x1 or 3x1 stock. Open the free label maker and start. No signup.
Good to know: We do not connect to QuickBooks Online or Desktop. There is no live sync. Re-export when items change.
How to print inventory labels from a QuickBooks export
- In QuickBooks, export the Item list to Excel or CSV. Keep SKU, name, and on-hand if you want it.
- Open https://app.mylabelmaker.com. No signup. Set 2x1 or 3x1 to match your stock.
- Add a native barcode, not an Excel font. Map it to {{sku}} as CODE128, and put {{name}} next to it.
- Preview row 1 and a row near the end. Print on a Zebra, or download PNG, PDF, or ZPL.
Leading zeros
Excel eats SKU zeros. Format the column as Text before you save CSV, or SKUs like 00124 become 124 and will not scan to the item.
Print the whole item list
One row per SKU. Map a column into text or a barcode, preview a row, then print the stack. Guide: mail merge labels.

Got a Zebra? Print from the browser with Browser Print, at the printer's DPI. Otherwise download PNG, JPG, SVG, PDF, or ZPL. JSON keeps the label you can open later.
