Print eBay SKU barcodes from Excel

Published: · 3 min read · How-to
Do this in the free app: app.mylabelmaker.com. No signup. Design the label, then print on a Zebra or download PNG / PDF / ZPL.

Open product sticker template

eBay sellers keep SKUs in a spreadsheet so a scan finds the listing. Design one sticker in the free label maker. Barcode {{sku}}. Add a short {{title}}. Upload. Print before you bin the lot.

Good to know: This is your custom SKU, not an eBay shipping label. Postage stays in eBay or Pirate Ship.

How a flipper prints SKU stickers

  1. Export or keep a sheet: sku, title, loc.
  2. Open the free label maker. Set 2x1.
  3. CODE128 with {{sku}}. {{title}} small under it.
  4. Upload the Excel file. Scan one. Print the pile.

Sample spreadsheet

A weekend sourcing haul might look like this.

skutitleloc
EB-1042Vintage Pyrex bowlBIN-3
EB-1043Cast iron #8BIN-3
EB-1044Wool camp blanketBIN-1

First row is the header. Those header words go inside the curly braces on the label, like {{sku}}.

Amazon FNSKU is a different number: FNSKU from Google Sheets.

Print or save

Zebra thermal: print from the browser with Browser Print at the printer’s DPI. Everyone else: download PNG, JPEG, SVG, PDF, or ZPL. JSON keeps the editable master.
