Print eBay SKU barcodes from Excel
Do this in the free app: app.mylabelmaker.com. No signup. Design the label, then print on a Zebra or download PNG / PDF / ZPL.
eBay sellers keep SKUs in a spreadsheet so a scan finds the listing. Design one sticker in the free label maker. Barcode {{sku}}. Add a short {{title}}. Upload. Print before you bin the lot.
Good to know: This is your custom SKU, not an eBay shipping label. Postage stays in eBay or Pirate Ship.
How a flipper prints SKU stickers
- Export or keep a sheet: sku, title, loc.
- Open the free label maker. Set 2x1.
- CODE128 with {{sku}}. {{title}} small under it.
- Upload the Excel file. Scan one. Print the pile.
Sample spreadsheet
A weekend sourcing haul might look like this.
| sku | title | loc |
|---|---|---|
| EB-1042 | Vintage Pyrex bowl | BIN-3 |
| EB-1043 | Cast iron #8 | BIN-3 |
| EB-1044 | Wool camp blanket | BIN-1 |
First row is the header. Those header words go inside the curly braces on the label, like {{sku}}.
Amazon FNSKU is a different number: FNSKU from Google Sheets.
Print or save
