You can print custom labels at home without a print shop. Open the free label maker, set the sticker size, add your text or barcode, then print on a Zebra or download a PDF for an inkjet or laser.

Good to know: Print PDF at actual size. “Fit to page” shrinks the sticker and barcodes can fail.

How to print your own labels at home

  1. Open the free label maker.
  2. Set width and height to the blank labels you bought.
  3. Add a name, logo, barcode, or QR code.
  4. Zebra: print from the browser. Sheet printer: Download PDF, print actual size.

Thermal vs sheet labels at home

A 4x6 thermal roll is fastest for shipping and barcodes. Avery-style sheets work if you only have an office printer. Download PDF and do not scale. Related: shipping labels at home · save as PDF.

Zebra thermal: print from the browser with Browser Print at the printer’s DPI. Everyone else: download PNG, JPEG, SVG, PDF, or ZPL. JSON keeps the editable master.
