Print 2×1 barcode labels from a CSV
The actual question people ask
2×1 is the default product/inventory barcode size on desktop Zebras. Set the artboard to 2×1 first (wrong size is why labels look “cut off”), drop {{sku}} in a barcode, load the CSV. Open the free maker · label maker hub.
Steps that match the query
- Artboard exactly 2.00 × 1.00 in
- Quiet zone: do not crowd the bars to the edge
- Human-readable SKU under the bars if you want it
- 203 vs 300 DPI — match the printer
Excel barcode fonts on 2×1
CODE128 fonts in Excel often fail to scan at this size. Native barcodes rasterize at print DPI. That is the usual fix in r/printers threads.
Batch from Excel or Google Sheets
Map column tokens into text, barcodes, or QR. Paste CSV, upload a file, or load a published Google Sheet. Preview rows, then print quantity 1 before the stack. Guide: mail merge · CSV mail merge.
Print or export
Zebra thermal: Browser Print at the printer’s DPI. Everyone else: Options → PNG, JPEG, SVG, PDF, or ZPL. JSON saves the editable master.
