You can print 2x1 barcode labels from a CSV. Open the free label maker, set the artboard to 2x1 first (wrong size is why labels look cut off), drop {{sku}} in a CODE128 barcode, and load the file. No signup.

Good to know: A 2x1 face on 4x6 stock looks tiny and wastes labels. Match the roll in the printer.

How to print 2x1 barcode labels from a CSV

  1. Open https://app.mylabelmaker.com. No signup. Set the artboard to exactly 2.00 x 1.00 in.
  2. Add a native CODE128 barcode (not an Excel font) and map {{sku}} or {{code}}.
  3. Preview row 1 and a row near the end of the sheet.
  4. Print the stack on a Zebra, or download PDF or ZPL.

Why Excel barcode fonts fail on 2x1

CODE128 fonts in Excel often fail to scan at this size. A native barcode draws real bars at print DPI. That's the usual fix.
