Wrong size is the fastest way to waste stock. Use this label size guide, then set the same inches in the free designer.
Common sizes
- 4×6 in — US shipping standard
- 4×3 / 4×2 — badges, cartons, large product faces
- 3×2 / 3×1 — warehouse, general product
- 2×2 — QR-heavy stickers
- 2×1 / 1.5×1 — SKUs, jewelry, FNSKU-class unit labels
- 2.25×1.25 — common small address / multipurpose
