How to print on a Zebra printer
Do this in the free app: app.mylabelmaker.com. No signup. Design the label, then print on a Zebra or download PNG / PDF / ZPL.
To print on a Zebra printer you need the right size, the right DPI, and a way to send the job. Design the label in the free label maker, then print with Browser Print or send ZPL.
Good to know: Blank or skipped labels are usually stock, gap, or darkness on the printer, not the design file.
How to print the first label
- Load the labels. Calibrate if the printer asks (gap or black mark).
- Open the free label maker. Set the same width, height, and DPI as the printer.
- Design one face. Keep barcodes away from the edge.
- Install Browser Print if you have not. Print one test. Then the rest.
If nothing comes out
Check pause, media out, and that Browser Print is running. Guides: troubleshooting · connect the printer · Browser Print setup.
Print or save
Zebra thermal: print from the browser with Browser Print at the printer’s DPI. Everyone else: download PNG, JPEG, SVG, PDF, or ZPL. JSON keeps the editable master.
