To print on a Zebra printer you need the right size, the right DPI, and a way to send the job. Design the label in the free label maker, then print with Browser Print or send ZPL.

Good to know: Blank or skipped labels are usually stock, gap, or darkness on the printer, not the design file.

How to print the first label

  1. Load the labels. Calibrate if the printer asks (gap or black mark).
  2. Open the free label maker. Set the same width, height, and DPI as the printer.
  3. Design one face. Keep barcodes away from the edge.
  4. Install Browser Print if you have not. Print one test. Then the rest.

If nothing comes out

Check pause, media out, and that Browser Print is running. Guides: troubleshooting · connect the printer · Browser Print setup.

Print or save

Zebra thermal: print from the browser with Browser Print at the printer’s DPI. Everyone else: download PNG, JPEG, SVG, PDF, or ZPL. JSON keeps the editable master.
