How to print labels from a spreadsheet: open the free label maker, put a column on the label, load the file, and print one label per row. Excel, Google Sheets, or CSV. You don't retype the list. No signup.

Good to know: First row is the header. A Google Sheet needs to be published as CSV, not just shared.

How to print labels from a spreadsheet, step by step

  1. Open the free label maker and set the label size.
  2. Click a column name onto text or a barcode, or type {{name}} where it should change.
  3. Upload Excel, paste CSV, or paste a published Google Sheet URL.
  4. Preview two rows. Check the rows you want. Print this for one, or Print for the set.

That's the whole trick. The spreadsheet is the list. The app is the label.

Excel, Google Sheets, or CSV, pick what's in front of you

Excel is a file on the computer. Google Sheets is a link after you publish CSV. CSV is what most exports already are. Don't rebuild the label when the source changes. Keep the column names. Swap the file.

Print this is a reprint. Print is every row you checked, with a copies question. Unchecked rows wait. Search in Edit row if the sheet is long. Fix a typo there if you don't want to go back to Excel for one character.
