How to make WiFi QR labels for guests: build or copy the WiFi join string (or a guest-portal URL), open the free label maker, paste it into a QR, add “Guest WiFi”, print a 2x2 sticker.

How to make WiFi QR labels for guests

  1. Copy the guest WiFi QR payload or a short join URL you already use.
  2. Open the free label maker and set 2x2 or 3x2.
  3. Add a QR with that string. Add a short “Guest WiFi” line.
  4. Print one test. Scan it on a phone that is not already on the network.

Airbnb and offices

Same steps. Hosts often add the network name in plain type under the QR so a guest who cannot scan can still type it.

Zebra thermal: print from the browser with Browser Print at the printer’s DPI. Everyone else: download PNG, JPEG, SVG, PDF, or ZPL. JSON keeps the editable master.
