Do this in the free app: app.mylabelmaker.com. No signup. Design the label, then print on a Zebra or download PNG / PDF / ZPL.

Open WiFi QR template

How to make Airbnb WiFi labels: open the free label maker, paste the guest WiFi string into a QR, add the network name in plain type, print 3x2 for the counter.

Good to know: We do not log into Airbnb. Door codes and lockbox numbers do not belong on a sticker a guest can photograph.

How to make Airbnb WiFi labels

  1. Open the free label maker and set 3x2.
  2. Add a QR with the guest WiFi payload or URL.
  3. Type the network name under it so a failed scan still works.
  4. Print one. Scan it from cellular data, not from the house WiFi.

Several listings

One row per listing: name, wifi string. Map {{listing}} and the QR token. Print a small set for each clean.

Print or save

Zebra thermal: print from the browser with Browser Print at the printer’s DPI. Everyone else: download PNG, JPEG, SVG, PDF, or ZPL. JSON keeps the editable master.

Print the counter card

QR plus the network name.
