Need a barcode and a caption to stay together? Select both in the free label maker, press Cmd+G on Mac or Ctrl+G on Windows. Resize the group. Ungroup with Cmd+Shift+G or Ctrl+Shift+G.

Good to know: Grouping is layout only. It does not merge barcodes into one scan.

How to group objects on a label

Open the free label maker and add text plus a barcode.
Shift-click both, or drag a box around them.
Press Cmd+G (Mac) or Ctrl+G (Windows).
Move or resize the group. Print or download.

When grouping helps

Price plus barcode on a shelf tag. Name plus vCard QR on a badge. A logo locked to a SKU. Nested groups keep inner spacing when you scale the outer box.

Tables are a different tool: add a table to a label.
