Add a table to a label

Open address label template

A table on a label is for packing lists, ingredients, or a two-column address. In the free label maker, open Table on the left, drop a grid, type in cells. Put {{sku}} in a cell and load Excel to fill each row of stickers.

Good to know: This is a table drawn on one sticker. It is not an Avery 30-up sheet merge.

How to put a table on a label

  1. Open the free label maker and set the size.
  2. Click Table. Choose rows and columns.
  3. Type headers. Put {{name}} or {{qty}} in body cells if you batch.
  4. Resize columns. Preview a spreadsheet row. Print.

Packing slip vs ingredients

A 4x6 packing face can hold a small line list. A food label can hold ingredients in a wrapped cell. Same table tool.

Print or save

Zebra thermal: print from the browser with Browser Print at the printer’s DPI. Everyone else: download PNG, JPEG, SVG, PDF, or ZPL. JSON keeps the editable master.
