How to print labels from Google Sheets CSV

Your team already updates a Google Sheet. Publish it as CSV, paste the link in the free label maker, and print. When the sheet changes, load it again and reprint.

Good to know: The sheet must be published to the web as comma-separated values (.csv). A normal share link is not enough.

How to print from a Google Sheet

  1. In Google Sheets: File, Share, Publish to the web. Choose Comma-separated values (.csv). Copy the link.
  2. Open the free label maker and design the label with {name} or your column names.
  3. Open Variables. Click Google Sheet. Paste the published CSV link.
  4. Preview two rows. Print.

The published file is still just CSV. A volunteer list might look like this.

Rita,front desk,AM

The first line is the header. Those words go on the label in curly braces, like {{name}}.
