An Excel barcode (also searched as barcode Excel) is one sticker per spreadsheet row. Open the batch barcode generator, click Generate, load the sheet, map the SKU column. Each row gets its own CODE128.

Good to know: There is no Excel barcode font that scans well on thermal stock. Native bars here beat a downloadable font. One row equals one sticker. We do not issue GS1 numbers.

How to make barcodes from Excel

  1. Open the batch barcode generator.
  2. Click Generate. A barcode that reads {{sku}} is on the canvas.
  3. Load Excel or CSV in Variables. Map the SKU column.
  4. Preview a row. Print the stack, or download a multi-page PDF.
