Good to know: Build the vCard string in a column if you need extra fields (org, title). Simple name, phone, and email can use the vCard tool for a single badge, then Variables for the list.

How to print bulk vCard QR codes from Excel

  1. Sheet columns: name, tel, email.
  2. Open the free label maker. No signup. Set a badge size.
  3. Put {{name}} in large type. Put a QR that holds the contact fields.
  4. Load the Excel file in Variables. Preview two rows. Print the stack.
