Barcode label maker from Excel or Google Sheets
Open warehouse inventory template
A barcode label maker from Excel or Google Sheets is one design and a barcode for every row. Open the free label maker, click the sku column onto a barcode, load the sheet, and print. CSV works the same way. No signup.
How to make barcode labels from Excel or Google Sheets
- Open the free label maker and add a barcode.
- Click the barcode, then click the sku column, so the bars get the number.
- Upload Excel, or paste a published Google Sheet URL, or load a CSV.
- Preview two rows. Print a test and scan it. Then print the rows you checked.
You shouldn't type barcodes one at a time if the numbers already sit in a sheet.
Excel or Google Sheets, same barcode labels
Excel is what a buyer emails. Google Sheets is what the team edits together. Publish the Sheet as CSV. Upload the workbook. Click sku onto the bars and name onto a caption. Group them so they move as one. CODE128 for shop codes. UPC or EAN if you already own the digits.
Print this is one reprint. Print is the checked set. If only some SKUs changed, check those. Leave the rest for later.
Print those barcodes on a Zebra or from this computer
Match DPI to the printer. Scan a test. On a regular printer, PDF at actual size. On a Zebra, Browser Print. Copy ZPL if another system will print. Related: print barcode labels from a spreadsheet · Google Sheets to Zebra labels.
When you're ready to print or save
If a Zebra is plugged in, print from the browser. Set 203, 300, or 600 DPI to match the printer. On a regular printer, choose Print from this computer. You can also download a PNG, a PDF, or the ZPL code a Zebra reads. Save a JSON file if you want to open this label again later, spreadsheet included.
