How to print without installing ZebraDesigner

  1. Open the free label maker. No account.
  2. Set width, height, and DPI to match the printer (203 or 300).
  3. Add text, a barcode, or a QR code.
  4. Print with Zebra Browser Print, or Options then Download ZPL.

What you download vs what you open

ZebraDesigner is a Windows app. Browser Print is a small helper from Zebra that lets Chrome talk to the printer. You only need Browser Print if you want one-click thermal print. Design, PNG, PDF, and ZPL work with nothing extra. Setup: install Browser Print.
