You do not need ZebraDesigner, BarTender, or Word mail merge to print a stack of labels. Open the free label maker in the browser. Design the face. Print on a Zebra, or download a PDF for another printer.

Good to know: One-click thermal print still uses Zebra’s Browser Print helper. PNG, PDF, and ZPL download with nothing extra.

How to print labels from a browser

  1. Open app.mylabelmaker.com. No account.
  2. Set the real sticker size.
  3. Add text, a barcode, or a QR code. Or load an Excel list.
  4. Zebra: print from the browser. Everyone else: Options, Download PDF, print at actual size.

Without software vs without a printer driver

Design happens in the browser. If you have a Zebra, Browser Print is a small helper, not a full designer. If you have a DYMO, Brother, Rollo, or office printer, download PNG or PDF and use that printer’s own print dialog. Related: without ZebraDesigner · no signup.

Print or save

Zebra thermal: print from the browser with Browser Print at the printer’s DPI. Everyone else: download PNG, JPEG, SVG, PDF, or ZPL. JSON keeps the editable master.
