A Zebra printer paper jam is almost always mechanical: liner wrapped on the platen, a crushed accordion of labels, or stock loaded backwards. Clear it before you send another job.

Good to know: If the head overheated or the cutter is involved, power off first. Do not pick at the printhead with metal.

How to clear a Zebra printer paper jam

Open the head. Pull liner and crushed labels off the platen. Do not scrape the printhead with metal.
Reload the roll with the coated side toward the head. Close until it clicks.
Calibrate the gap or black-mark sensor if you just changed stock.
