Shipping label software

Sit down and try it: app.mylabelmaker.com. No account. Make one label tonight, or print a whole list from Excel or Google Sheets when you need it.

Open warehouse inventory template

Shipping label software here means a 4x6 pack face you design: from, to, maybe a barcode. Open the free label maker, set 4 by 6, type the lines, print on a Zebra or from this computer. Postage still comes from USPS, UPS, or your shop. We don't sell stamps.

Good to know: This is not Click-N-Ship, not UPS WorldShip, not a postage meter. We print the face you made.

How to use shipping label software for a pack face

  1. Open the free label maker. Set 4 inches by 6 inches.
  2. Add from, to, and a barcode if you have an order id.
  3. Load Excel or Google Sheets if each row is a different order.
  4. Print to a Zebra, or PDF at actual size. Buy postage from the carrier.

That's the honest version of shipping label software. You control the look. The carrier still takes the money for postage.

Shipping label software from a spreadsheet

Orders in Excel or Google Sheets: click name and address onto the 4x6. Print the rows you checked. Related: USPS label maker · how to make Zebra labels from Excel · Zebra label software · shipping hub.

When you're ready to print or save

If a Zebra is plugged in, print from the browser. Set 203, 300, or 600 DPI to match the printer. On a regular printer, choose Print from this computer. You can also download a PNG, a PDF, or the ZPL code a Zebra reads. Save a JSON file if you want to open this label again later, spreadsheet included.

Make the pack label

You design the 4x6. The carrier still sells postage.
