Can I print to a shipping label printer for free?

Yes. Design 4x6 in the browser. Zebra prints with Browser Print. Other 4x6 printers take a PDF at actual size. We do not sell the printer.

Do I need ZebraDesigner or a paid license?

No. Design in the browser and print with Zebra Browser Print, or export PNG, PDF, or ZPL. No desktop designer seat.

Can I print a whole list from Excel?

Yes. Map a column into text, a barcode, or a QR code, preview a row, then print the stack. The file stays in your browser.

How to print on a shipping label printer

Set the canvas to 4 inches by 6 inches.
Add from, to, and a barcode you already have.
Zebra: choose Zebra on the print pill, then print.
Other 4x6 printers: download PDF, print at 100 percent, no fit-to-page.
