How to make quality-control labels

  1. Open https://app.mylabelmaker.com. No signup.
  2. Set the size. 2x1 or 3x2 fits most benches.
  3. Add PASS, HOLD, or REJECT. Map lot, inspector, date, NCR if you have them.
  4. Preview two rows, then print.

What to put on the label

Print a whole list from Excel or Google Sheets

One inspection line per row. Map status and lot, preview, print the stack. Guide: mail merge labels.

Print from this computer, or save a file

On a Zebra, print with Browser Print at the printer's DPI. Everyone else: download PNG, JPEG, SVG, PDF, or ZPL. JSON keeps the editable master.
