Print labels numbered 001, 002, 003
Need a run of stickers that count up: 001, 002, 003? You do not need Excel. Open the free app, click Number on the right, set the first number and how many labels, then print.
How to number the labels
- Open app.mylabelmaker.com. No signup.
- Click Number on the right.
- Set Start (first number), Digits (4 gives 0001), and Copies (how many labels).
- Click Add number.
- Use the arrows under the canvas to check 0001, 0002, 0003. Then print.
What the fields mean
- Start is the first number. Use 1, or 1000, or whatever you need next.
- Step is the jump. 1 is 1, 2, 3. 5 is 1, 6, 11.
- Digits pads with zeros. 4 digits turns 1 into 0001.
- Copies is how many labels to make. Cap is 500 per print.
Want a word in front, like ASSET-0001? Click the number on the canvas and type in front of it.
Need the same number as a barcode? Click the barcode first, then click Add number.
After you print
The start number moves forward. If you printed 0001 through 0050, the next print starts at 0051. You do not retype it.
If you already loaded a spreadsheet, numbers follow those rows (one number per row). Copies on the Number pane hides in that case.
