Print kitting barcodes from a BOM spreadsheet

A kit is a parent ID plus parts. Design a kit face in the free label maker with {{kit}} as the barcode. For each part line, print a small {{part}} sticker from the same sheet, or a second pass.
Good to know: One row is one sticker. A kit with six parts is six part rows, plus a kit-header row if you want a tote label.
How to print kit and part stickers from a BOM
- Sheet A (totes): kit, name. Sheet B (parts): kit, part, name, qty.
- Open the free label maker. First design: barcode {kit}, text {name}.
- Upload the tote sheet. Print tote labels.
- Second design or second pass: barcode {{part}}, text {{qty}}. Upload the parts sheet. Print into the tote.

First row is the header. Those header words go inside the curly braces on the label, like {{kit}}.
Quantity copies: labels by quantity. Generic kits: kitting labels.

Zebra thermal: print from the browser with Browser Print at the printer’s DPI. Everyone else: download PNG, JPEG, SVG, PDF, or ZPL. JSON keeps the editable master.
