How to print Etsy packing labels from Excel or CSV

Etsy (or Shopify) gave you a CSV of orders. You need a label on each mailer with the buyer name and city. Do not copy 40 addresses by hand. Design one packing label in the free label maker, upload the CSV, print.
Good to know: This is the pack face you print. Postage still comes from Etsy, Pirate Ship, or USPS.
How a seller prints from the order file
- Download the order CSV. Keep columns like name, city, sku, or rename them to short headers.
- Open the free label maker. Set 4x6 or a smaller pack sticker.
- Add {{name}} and {{city}}. Add {{sku}} if you pick multiple items.
- Open Variables. Upload the CSV. Preview two orders. Print.

After you clean the export, a shop’s sheet might look like this.

First row is the header. Those header words go inside the curly braces on the label, like {{name}}.
