Free package label maker
A package label is the sticker on the box you pack, not the carrier postage. You can make carton ids, seal strips, and FRAGILE marks in the free label maker, then print from Excel or download PNG and PDF. No signup.
How to make a package label in the free label maker
- Open https://app.mylabelmaker.com. No signup.
- Set the exact sticker size. Do not leave it on Letter paper.
- Add the carton id, a barcode, or a FRAGILE line. Load Excel if you have a list of boxes.
- Print to a Zebra with Browser Print, or download PNG, PDF, or ZPL.
One box, two jobs
Postage on a 4×6 plus a separate package id is normal. Keep the id scannable. Make FRAGILE big and black on white so it still reads in a dark van.
Print a whole list from Excel or Google Sheets
If the names or codes already live in Excel or Google Sheets, put one item on each row. Map that column into the text, a barcode, or a QR code. Preview one row, then print the stack. Longer walkthrough: mail merge labels.
Print or save
Got a Zebra? Print with Browser Print at the printer's DPI. Everyone else: print from this computer, or download PNG, JPG, SVG, PDF, or ZPL. Save JSON if you want the editable master back later.
