Can I make a GS1 barcode for free here?

You can print GS1-128 or UPC from digits you already own. We do not issue GS1 company prefixes. Those come from GS1.

Do I need ZebraDesigner or a paid license?

No. Design in the browser and print with Zebra Browser Print, or export PNG, PDF, or ZPL. No desktop designer seat.

Can I print a whole list from Excel?
