You can design GHS-style workplace labels for free. Product name, signal word, hazard text, and a space for a pictogram you upload. Batch secondary containers from a chemical inventory CSV. Wording and icons stay yours. This is not a certified SDS generator.

Good to know: GHS/OSHA compliance is your responsibility. Not a certified SDS system. Verify pictograms and statements with your SDS.

How to make GHS chemical labels

  1. Open the hazard warning template. No signup.
  2. Set the size to the sticker or roll you actually have.
  3. Add the text, barcode, or QR that belongs on this label.
  4. Print on a Zebra, print from this computer, or download PNG or PDF.

What to put on the label

Print a whole list from Excel or Google Sheets

If you have a list, put one item per row. Map a column to the text, barcode, or QR. Preview the first row, then print the stack. Guide: mail merge labels.

Print or save

If you have a Zebra, print from this computer with Browser Print at the printer's DPI. Everyone else: download PNG, JPEG, SVG, PDF, or ZPL. Save the JSON if you want to edit this layout later.

Design the workplace label

Your wording. Your pictogram. Then print.
