Free deli labels
You can make free deli labels for packed-on dates, item names, and allergen lines. Match the size to the stock you already use. This does not replace a legal-for-trade scale. Open the free label maker and start.
How to make deli labels
- Open https://app.mylabelmaker.com. No signup.
- Open the deli case template, or set the size to the sticker on the case (often 2x1).
- Add the item name, packed-on or sell-by, and allergen line.
- Print a test. Then print the rest, or load Excel for the case list.
What to put on the label
- Item name, packed-on or sell-by
- Price or PLU, if you print it here
- Allergen line
- A scale-size canvas, often 2x1 or 2.25x1.25
Scale vs designer
If the scale already prints legal weight, use this for case signs and grab-and-go faces the scale cannot design.
Print a whole list from Excel or Google Sheets
Keep one item per row. Map the name and date into text. Preview one row, then print the stack. Guide: mail merge labels.
Print or save
If you're printing to a Zebra, use Browser Print and match the printer's DPI. Otherwise download PNG, JPEG, SVG, PDF, or ZPL. JSON is the file you can open again later.
