Free Bixolon label software (design + export)

Bixolon desktops often ship with Label Artist. You can skip that and design in the free label maker, then download PNG, PDF, or ZPL and use the print path you already have. We don't ship a Bixolon driver.

How to design labels for a Bixolon

1. Open https://app.mylabelmaker.com. No signup.
2. Set the size to the sticker or roll you actually have.
3. Add the name, size, barcode, or QR that belongs on this label.
4. Print on a thermal printer or download PNG / PDF. Optional: load Excel or Google Sheets for a whole list.

Checklist

• No Label Artist seat required to design
• Export ZPL if the device accepts it
• Otherwise PNG / PDF through the Windows queue
• Note: no Bixolon native driver

Retail 2x1 and 3x2 sizes

Shelf and barcode jobs are the usual Bixolon sizes. Set the custom label size to the stock in the printer before you print from Excel.

Print from Excel, then export for Bixolon

You can print from Excel. Put each name, SKU, or code on its own row. In the app, map a column into text, a barcode, or a QR code. Preview one row, then print the stack. Guide: mail merge labels.

Print or save

If you have a Zebra, print from this computer with Browser Print at the printer's DPI. Everyone else: download PNG, JPEG, SVG, PDF, or ZPL. JSON keeps the editable master.
