Do this in the free app: app.mylabelmaker.com. No signup. Design the label, then print on a Zebra or download PNG / PDF / ZPL.

A barcode sticker is a small face: code plus a line of text. Design one sticker in the free label maker. If you have a list of SKUs, load the sheet and print every row.

Good to know: Leave space on the left and right of the bars. Tight crop is a common scan fail.

How to make barcode stickers

  1. Open the free label maker. Set 2x1 or 3x1.
  2. Add a barcode. CODE128 for SKUs. UPC-A if you have a 12-digit retail code.
  3. Add {{name}} or {{sku}} under the bars.
  4. Print one test. If you have a list, upload Excel and print the stack.

Sample spreadsheet

A restock sheet for barcode stickers might look like this.

skuname
SOAP-12Lavender soap
CAND-04Pine candle
TOTE-01Canvas tote

First row is the header. Those header words go inside the curly braces on the label, like {{sku}}.

Print on a Zebra from the browser, or download PNG or PDF if you print another way. Full list steps: print many labels from Excel.

Print or save

Zebra thermal: print from the browser with Browser Print at the printer’s DPI. Everyone else: download PNG, JPEG, SVG, PDF, or ZPL. JSON keeps the editable master.
