Good to know: Linear codes (CODE128, UPC) are not 2D. Use those for warehouse scanners that do not read QR. We do not issue GS1 2D payloads.

How to make a 2D barcode

Pick QR (a URL or WiFi) or Data Matrix (a short part id).
Paste the URL or type the id.
Click Generate. The code is on the canvas.
Print a test scan, then download or print.

Which 2D to pick

Menu, WiFi, Instagram, review link: QR. 1x1 electronics or aerospace-style marks: Data Matrix. Excel lists: Data Matrix from Excel.
